The race took place in really light winds. I wasn't there, they say it was 0-6 mph. Again, the forecasts seemed way off mark.
Even though only formula sailors showed up, the planing time was counted in seconds. In fact, the only reason the heats took place was really to reward the organizers for showing up by getting them a few points for the ranking.
