Excellent board for beginner to expert. This is a 2008 and has the cushy EVA deck. It is 91cm wide x 253 so it is a great lake board- also has lots of range and handles chop really well for the width. I'm asking $750. Greensboro, NC ralph-dot-moore-at-analog.com just insert . for the –dot- and @ for the –at- |

Seems like that would cause a lot of erosion as current starts going through the inlet at every tide change - would undermine the bridge supports. Look at the satellite images of what the area around Oregon Inlet looks like, compared to the sound behind Rodanthe. |
| The map I saw for the 17 mile bridge plan had the causeway pretty far out in the sound for most of it's run, then then took a gradual East turn into the area adjacent to the emergency ferry dock, South of the Rodanthe Harbor area. Hwy 12 is expected to be back in operation by late Tuesday afternoon. But the dune line at S-Curves looks pretty steep and thin. |

Interesting. I could really use a heater for my hands. A couple of us were tossing around the idea of trailering a portable jacuzzi to Ebenezer to jump in between chilly winter runs. It got me thinking, maybe I could just bring a pump to fill a kiddie pool, and put a submersible water heater into it. Even 80 degree water would feel like a hot tub after getting out of the lake! |

Welcome Andres. For the record, we don't usually make so many rude jokes as this thread has. BTW, I have a "dry"suit for sale if you want something warmer. I call those mid-day trips liquid lunches. My argument is it makes me twice as productive at work before/after the windsurfing because I know my work day is compressed. We usually see a handful of 4.X sailing days at Jordan every winter. And a few more 5.X days. It's much more likely to be in the 6 to 10 meter range though (if you like big gear). I must admit, there were some actual formed waves out there last time, which I have not seen so big before. |
